Champagne Homes was founded in 1997 by Mark Tremble. We have over 35 years building experience on Brisbane's north side giving me the edge in local builder knowledge and experience. At Champagne Homes, we pride ourselves in providing the highest standard of workmanship using quality materials and building methods.  We maintain an impeccable BSA record and are a longstanding member of the Master Builders Association.

Champagne Homes is a family run business which includes our two sons Shane & Terry working as qualified tradesmen. We understand that building your home is one of the biggest financial accomplishments you'll have. Thats why we take the time to ensure you understand exactly what your home includes and that we have achieved all your specifications. You deal directly with the builder through every stage of construction from initial quote and consultation through to receiving your keys on completion.  Any questions or changes can be discussed with minimal fuss on site or with just a phone call.

Our sub-contractors (plumber, painter, electrician) have been with the company for many years, most of them since it was founded.  We know each other well and work together as a team ensuring the construction of your new home flows. Throughout each stage of building you are able to talk to the sub-contractor allowing you to make informed choices about all aspects such as lighting, painting and tiling.
